In this decade, the Board of Directors called Rev. Charles Tobelmann to become Executive Director of the mission. This appointment led to growth of the mission's vision through the recruitment of a dedicated team of volunteers, Urban Teen Teams, Urban Work Teams, part time staff and thecomputerization of the growing Bible Correspondence Ministry. A move to larger facilities was accomplished in 1986, when the ministry was moved out of the Tobe lmann's home into the facilities the Lord provided at 188 Union Avenue, Irvington, New Jersey. The Lord granted a stable and peaceful transition's of leadership as the Board of Directors appointed Rev. Charles Tobelmann to become the next CEO of the mission .
